About Me

I grew up believing I was broken.
Turns out, I was just split in two.

For decades, I followed every rule they gave me. Therapy. Recovery. Self improvement. But nothing touched the deep root.
The problem wasn’t who I was. It was what I believed.

My journey is one of opposites: dark and light, truth and illusion, destruction and revelation.
It took losing everything, including my son, to see what had always been there.

This space is for the gifted. The sensitive. The intense.
Those of us who came to believe we were garbage, worthless, broken.
But we were never broken. We were Dabrowski’s lost children.
We were always light, trying to break through the dark.

If you have ever felt too much or not enough, you are in the right place.

I am here to tell the truth.
